Print Chair

The Print Chair project aimed to capture the spirit of 1960s counter-culture, drawing inspiration from Verner Panton's design and Victor Moscoco's printmaking. This lounge chair, echoing those influences, is flat packed for practicality in transient living spaces. Overcoming assembly challenges, the project highlights a harmonious blend of human-guided screen printing and CNC-routed precision. Executing the multi-colour screen print personally, the CNC routing dictated print element placement, resulting in a piece that celebrates psychedelic aesthetics and craftsmanship synergy.
